Push Up Progress

This is my amazing friend Sandra nailing 5 full push ups today. She’s made massive gains in upper body strength through consistently turning up and pushing herself.

6 months ago Sandra had never done any resistance training and struggled to achieve one push up on her knees. Now she’s smashing her goals!
